Property sits in heart of town near entrance to Zion & poolside view of mountains are outstanding! Room comfortable and clean…great trip! E bike rental on grounds with discount…very convenient.

The rooms are amazing - spacious, clean, and beautiful. The outdoor space is wonderful place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The pool is beautiful, and the grounds are being constantly maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and will recommend it to anyone!

This place was exactly what we needed! So spacious, and the wood flooring and door frames add such a warm cozy feel. the pool and tub were just a short walk and surrounded by mountains on all sides. Picturesque in every way. The service was great too. We left luggage at the lobby the day before and it was already in our room when we checked in. We got recommendations for food and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic property! Request the riverfront view. Top floor was very quiet. Room felt very large for a family of 3 with the vaulted ceilings. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

In our two week trip it was my favorite stay. Perfect base for the park and restaurants. The Virgin River borders the back of the property and deer walk up. There are lots of birds which I loved so much. Pool area had lots of flowers. Hummingbirds came up to the ones by the hot tub. Birds came to the waterfall by the hot tub.
