The hotel was located very close to Zion National Park and had many dining options. The check in process was excellent as the staff was friendly and provided information about the hotel amenities. The pool was clean and not crowded. The rooms look updated and are comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that we could not enjoy the outdoor as much because there were roaches and other insects outside the rooms. At first i thought it was due to the sprinklers being on but we found smaller roaches in one of the rooms.

Cons: When checking in we knew the property wasn’t super busy and I asked for a room that didn’t overlook the parking lot. A lot of them do -which they tell you once you’re sitting on the patio you won’t see the parking lot. I respectfully disagree and the walkways to the rooms go in front of the balcony so people are walking in front of you. The lights are also super bright on the walkways so it doesn’t make for an enjoyable experience at night. Every day I had to go to the lobby and ask for refills of the coffee pods/sugar/stir sticks for the coffee maker. They only give you 2 bottles of water when you check in so need to get water for the coffee maker. Pros: We had a 1 bedroom which was nice -good size and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. It’s a solid hotel and location was convenient-stop 4 for the Zion buses. Easy walk to restaurants etc or bus ride. Parking was easy.

Loved this property. It was clean and quiet as well as in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was good but a bit overpriced. The waiter on one evening we went was not very attentive, but others were good du other visits. My one request would be that they replace the towels in the rooms. They were clean but very old and rough.
