Best part was leaving the car parked at hotel and using the shuttles thru town and onto the national park. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent!

I booked this trip for four days and then changed to three within the window allowed for cancellations and modifications. With the change - the hotel increased my rate per night. While the front desk manager listened to my concerns after highlighting the issue, she was unhelpful in terms of helping resolve the matter or following through with anyone to remedy the issue.

Staff at reception were direct and not overly friendly. Room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. Central accommodation in terms of proximity but would choose one of the other places in Springdale - accommodation is beginning to date.

We stayed here two nights and it was so nice! The room had everything we needed! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, living area with refrigerator and microwave. The views of the mountains are just gorgeous! The free breakfast was delicious! We went early each morning and food was fresh and tasty! Eggs, sausage links, herbed potatoes, waffles, oatmeal bar and plenty of fruit, yogurt and cereal options. Coffee was great too. They have a nice seating area, either indoors or outdoors to enjoy your meal in. I’d definitely stay again on my next trip to Zion!

Hotel feels very new with modern rooms. Great location just a few steps away from the Zion Park bus stop. My only complaint is there was too much chlorine in the hot tub.

I have been staying at Marriott properties for 45 years, and I have to say that this was the worst Marriott I ever stayed in. The lighting in the sitting room was so terrible that you could not read anything. The seating on the 'hideabed' couch was the depth of a single mattress, so sitting there was horrible, even with bed pillows behind us. For a two night stay, we got one tiny little bar of soap about the size of a half dollar. On the good side, the staff was very good, and the breakfast was also excellent.

Booked a king but was told they were sold out when checking in even though I Booked it way in advance. Room given was a double next to elevators which meant you could hear all foot traffic all night, It was not a quiet and peaceful stay
