Check-in system needs to be improved to have some flexibility, or they need to hire enough employees to clean rooms. This hotel is not small, but only "fortunate" guests can check in on time. I was the most "unfortunate" one that day. I waited until 4:30pm (check in time 3:30pm and I arrived at 3pm) in wet shoes for my room to be ready. All the guests later than me got their rooms. Staff refused to give me an estimate time and I had to check in every 15 minutes. Why cannot assign another room? The hotel manager said maybe other hotels could, but not this hotel. I had to wait the assigned room no matter how late the cleaning was done. He viewed my comment about the check-in system as " teaching him how to work", and "he deserves respect". Excuse me, where is your respect to guests? He told me "this world is not fair". Lesson learned. I will avoid this hotel because no one can be sure that you are not an "unfortunate" guest. In the adjacent area, there are many good quality hotels with friendly staff.

The bath towels were lovely but there were very few amenities. Our room was rather barren, not even carpet on the floor. The elevator was the worst so we took the stairs to and from the 4th floor all but twice. Our daughter was married and as parents of the bride it would have been nice to feel more special, especially for the price we paid per night for a sub standard room. I would actually not recommend this hotel for a special occasion. Really nothing outstanding at all. I’m sorry.

Not very safe in front lobby but room keys are good. Clean but maybe harsh chemicals used, as strong odour of cleaning agent could be noticed in the room. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

You have a real shortage of electric outlets in the room for this day and age. Since the hotel used three of the 4 outlets for its own needs, there was only one left, plus a couple at the phone. We had to use the ones in the bathroom to meet all our needs. Easily fixed.
