Great Overnight Stop Over Point

It is your standard Hampton Inn, but it was great to have someone available at reception after 11pm. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a good breakfast the next morning. I like that the hotel is just off the i90 freeway, and in range of a lot of eating places and stores. It has a pool. We couldn't make use of it because their hours are from 9am to 9pm, and we needed to be in Boston at 11pm. But it was a good place to stop over and refresh.

Why does the desk clerk hide behind a wall? Couldn't find them on check in or check out. If the door to the pool is not working why wouldn't you tell a person before they walk down to the pool? The waffle machine was not working. I ate oatmeal which wasn't bad. Just little annoying things.

Perfectly fine accommodations for an overnight on a long road trip. The breakfast offerings were spare and unhealthy but we're used to that. Mid-range highway motels all offer the same things.

We enjoyed our one night stay. It easy to find with plenty of parking. Breakfast was typical nothing special. Bed comfortable. If your room is facing the highway you may too hear the road noise. But not an issue for us.

We spent only one night at this hotel and had a great experience, the staff was extremely helpful and the hotel and it's room was nice and clean. If we ever find ourselves back in this part of the country again we will definitely stay here at the Hampton Inn in Chicopee.
