It was very conveniently located for visiting a student and the breakfast was great. The only downside for my family was not having a pool or hot tub. But they finally got mini fridges in the rooms!

Staff were lovely. Location is great! Plenty of places to walk too. The parking convenient and you do have access to a small shop for food downstairs. The are was close to shops, restaurants and many activities. A few slight challanges: 1. The bathrooms had visible mold and the room had broken ceiling tiles. 2. Continental breakfast is a great addition, but the weekend we were there. The lobby was filthy with plates, food and beverage spills all over. It is the lobby, not a dedicated room, and while that works for Continental the lack of cleanliness was not a great visual for anyone coming in, nor those looking for a spot to eat. 3. Lawn maintenance began at 7am on a Sunday morning. 4. Beautiful view with a large window, but hard to see through. Not sure how to solve that with New England weather. Overall, a nice stay. Just small things which kept it from being great.

This hotel was quiet, lovely, and close to many amenities on campus. I particularly loved that the extra blanket in the closet was a very fluffy, down comforter. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience especially that we could bring our dog. Only negative event was trying to retrieve a phone charger left in room 424 a few hours after check out. Front desk staff was not very responsive to trying to retrieve it as housekeeping had left for the day and offered zero recourse for searching for it. Very disappointing and not helpful.

Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament and had a great time. Convenient to the fields and local restaurants. Check in was easy, parking included, clean rooms and very comfortable beds! Staff was very helpful. If you’re trying to get to the hotel, put in UMass Amherst Parking Lot in Apple or Google Maps. Waze was not helpful. The hotel is connected to the parking lot.
