We love this hotel. It was an unexpected surprise in the middle of Springfield downtown. There’s lots of food options right around this hotel, and we also went up to the rooftop bar, which is a blast! Bed was comfortable, clean in the room and all around the grounds, and the staff was nice. Highly recommend.

The rooms are starting to show their age. Lady checking us in was quick to cut us off when asking a question. Very weird layout on level 4. Getting off the elevators you are at the ball/conference room. Very confused look we received from the party in the room. Took us a minute to find signage for the room hallway. Bartender at night was awesome.
