Check-in was seamless. I was concerned with the safety as the property is right off the highway and backed up to a wooded area. Upon locating my room, the door to get in was propped open. The room itself was average. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. If you are trying to save some money it will do the job for an overnight stay.

The toilet seat was bubbling and peeling. There was a pile of pubes in the corner of the bathroom. The lighting was migraine inducing. The people working there had no interest in helping or giving information. We wound up driving until 1 am to avoid having to spend the night in the room we booked. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

What a lovely stay. The room was uber clean and nice. Easy access from being able to park my car outside my patio door. The staff is very friendly and they keep the premises very clean and there were always landscapers tending to the property. Housekeeping was fast and efficient and always asked me if I needed anything. What I liked the most, is that the price is uneatable for the quality. I extended my stay due to how quiet it was in my room even though I had guests staying in neighboring rooms. I also like that this hotel hallways were bright and clean, unlike other hotels that have dark and depressing hallways. The breakfast was really nice and well-stocked. This has been one of my more pleasant hotel stays. Across from starbucks whish is a nice perk. GREAT HOTEL!!!

Don’t Stay Quality Inn Westfield

Had a terrible experience with stranger entering the room at 3:30 in the morning. Guests enter rooms from the hallway but rooms also have exterior doors with locks but somehow door was able to be unlocked. Hotel says that’s not possible and my fault for leaving door unlocked. We did not.
