This property is perfect for fisherman, families or groups of friends. Enjoy the nice living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Indoor and outdoor parking for boats, RV, toys, and vehicles. Close to Paris Landing and Buchanan Resort and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from your boat or the dock on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park, splash pad, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square and home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Ideal for tournament fisherman. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to relax we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Great stay close to the lake and all amenities
