The house is spacious, plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have their own space. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our day was in March and the weather was chilly for a couple of days. It would’ve been nice if the hot tub worked more hours than between 7 and 12 PM.The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. Jaimie is a great host and very commutative. I highly recommend renting the items that are in the garage. There are bikes, beach chairs, wagons pretty much everything you need.Thank you for a great place to stay

Actual overall rating is somewhere between "good" and "excellent". The space is conducive to comfortable family time/activities, combined with the option for more private, quiet surroundings. We suggest simply adding the extra amenities (chairs, bicycles, coolers) into the upfront fee. While the bedrooms are spacious and numerous, the beds are all quite soft -- they could use an upgrade.Kitchen is well equipped, however we did buy a salad spinner. More platters and big bowls would be helpful.Given that the house was ready and vacant prior to the official check-in time, we would have appreciated getting in sooner. Location was perfect, and the beaches are pristine, extending as far as the eye can see! The St. Augustine area is low-key, more charming than much of Florida and fun to explore. Jamie was responsive to our requests.

Fantastic stay! House is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the beach and St. Augustine. Great layout, and the pool, hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Our family loved the game room! Jamie the host is extremely receptive with communication. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time at this house! The pool, hot tub, game room, and spacious yard, were perfect for our kids during the rainy beach weekend. It's a beautiful house, very clean and Jaime, the host, was super responsive to anything we had questions about. The screened pool was great for nighttime swims! There were a couple of things that were a bit inconvenient for us but wouldn't have been a deal breaker. The lights weren't working in the spa and pool so it was dark at night and the full bathroom located on the lower level is actually on the lanai and has no HVAC in it so it's really not a convenient bathroom for anyone to use as their main one. We really did enjoy our stay and absolutely love St. Augustine!!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at this incredible beach home in St. Augustine was absolutely perfect! The outdoor living spaces were the highlight for me — my friends and I spent hours relaxing on the comfy outdoor sofas, enjoying great conversation in such a peaceful setting. The covered seating area with a TV made it even better!We also had a blast in the game room, playing billiards and the old-school arcade games — such a fun touch. The house itself was thoughtfully designed, contemporary yet warm, with tasteful accent pieces that created a calming and inviting atmosphere. It was clear that every item was carefully chosen to enhance relaxation.The beds were fantastic, ensuring we all slept soundly each night. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay stress-free. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride from the beach, it felt like the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.To top it all off, our host, Jaimie, was an amazing communicator and made sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property for your next St. Augustine getaway!

Wonderful Week

This home was in an older neighborhood which was part of its appeal. The walk to the beach was easy but you do have to cross A1A. The beach was very nice and there is parking there. The house has the biggest pool of any house we have ever rented. The downstairs area was so nice with a game room (Pac-Man was the favorite), gas grill and nice outdoor seating area. We really enjoyed the nice bikes and not having to bring our own beach chairs and towels. It seems like the property owners thought of everything that would help make our vacation fun and easy.

Fun time!

Well appointed home and excellent communication with manager. She got back to me right away with last min request to have hot tub on earlier than schedule. Also we left an item and was able to confirm with cleaners it was still there so we went back to grab it. We enjoyed the spacious couch and modern decor. FYI we didn’t realize there are 2 flights of stairs to get to main level. Would have liked to known that - wasn’t obvious in photos or floor plan. Overall excellent experience!!! Soo close to great restaurants, beach, and downtown st. Augustine.

Good for both pool and beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Luxe Beach Oasis. Situated on the Atlantic coast, it’s not as stifling hot as the rest of FL can be in July (we know this from experience, since we live on the west coast of Florida). We used the very nice pool quite a lot (plenty of pool toys provided), we appreciated that each room had their own TV, plus the extra long dining room table held all 9 of us. Easy-to-reach grocery stores, mini-golf, & bowling alley were also helpful. Thanks for a good week!

Luxe Beach Oasis was perfect for our family of 11 plus one dog. The owner provided basics that every rental should have. Like spices and herbs, a great Kruig coffee maker and nice pottery coffee cups, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheet and much more. The game room was a big hit as well as the screened and good size pool. We cooked a good bit on the grill too. So many fun activities at St. Augustine. We went to several beaches, did some fishing, ghost tours, wax museum, and the Hop On Hop Off trolly was excellent. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Enjoy the beauty of St. Augustine!

Awesome vacation

Wonderful property and such a huge pool! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Nice that game room had a mini split AC to keep everyone cool. The only drawback was the difficulty in walking to beach. However public beach parking was only a 3 minute drive away. Owner Jaimie was an amazing host with quick answers to all of our questions. Thanks so much Jaimie for an awesome vacation!

Great accommodations!

Well appointed house has everything you might need! So refreshing to go to a VRBO and actually have a few spices/ paper towel/ toilet paper/ face cloths/ enough towels! These are the things that make a difference between a place that works and a place that makes you feel at home. The beds have nice linens and comfy beds and pillows. Great communication from the host- Jaimie. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House in St. Augustine

The pictures online are exactly what you get. This house is great for larger friend/family gatherings. Not too far from downtown, and super close to the beach. Don't even need to go far with a heater pool and hot tub! Everything was clean and well organized. We didn't have great weather, so we didn't use them, but it was nice to see a number of bikes and a bike trailer to pull the little ones. The host was speedy to respond and checked in while we were there to make sure all expectations were met. Will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in St. Augustine.

Amazing Property with lots to do on site and close to beach/ downtown

Jamie was awesome ! The house was left so clean for us upon arrival. We were able to enjoy our time there even with bad weather in the area for the weekend. Anything we needed, Jamie was certain to respond quickly! We would recommend staying at her properties anytime you’re in the area!
