Wonderful in so many ways! Need more face clothes & hand towels. Should alert renters that the TV does not have cable and that personal log in info for Hulu, Netflix, etc is needed to access streaming service here. A handrails at the back steps would be very helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Saragossa Sunshine! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was fantastic—so friendly and attentive. We received a helpful message before our arrival outlining all the starter amenities provided, which made packing so much easier. They thought of everything: laundry and dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper products, a starter set of toiletries, and even coffee! The location was unbeatable—quiet but super convenient. We were able to walk to everything we needed in St. Augustine, which made exploring stress-free. Plus, the ample parking at the property was a huge bonus! The layout of the home was perfect for our family, especially with older/adult kids. The two distinct sleeping sections gave everyone space and privacy, making it comfortable for all ages. Clean sheets and towels were ready for us, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great location to walk downtown and the beach is a short drive. Towels for the beach provided which was nice. The biggest issue was only leaving 2 dishwasher pods, and for being there for multiple days with a house full and doing any cooking. It was just more to buy during the grocery shopping trips.

The house was super cute and exactly like the photos. It was a 10 minute walk to all the night life of Old St. Augustine, but a very quiet street. The host responded quickly if I needed something and would check up through text. Truly enjoyed my stay here!

We rented house for family to attend our son's graduation from Flagler College. Very quant, tidy and centrally located home, albeit a little small/tight to accommodate 8 adults!Overall, I'd still recommend and rent unit again....

Great Long Weekend Stay!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and welcoming. House was perfect for family or group of adults. Accommodations in the house was perfect is you are planning to eat out of the home or just be around for snacks and such! Will rent again if you go back to St. Augustine. Great Trip!

Spring break

This was a wonderfully located house. Easy walk to everything downtown and short drive to beaches. The house was very clean and the host was amazing. We had two families staying together and had plenty of room. Would absolutely stay here again.

50th Birthday Getaway

Five adults stayed during our visit and there was plenty of space. Everything was neat and clean and plenty of blankets, towels, and toiletries. The location could not have been better, we were in walking distance to everything. The host communicated very well and responded to several inquiries prior to arrival. We will book this home again on our next trip!

Excellent Stay In St Augustine

This house was perfect for our needs. It was a 4 block walk to St George St and within a 10-15 minute walk of all the historic downtown places. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We will stay at this house again when we return to St. Augustine.

Adorable house close to the historic district

The Saragossa Sunshine is an adorable house within walking distance of the historic district. It is larger inside than it appears from the outside with plenty of room for the family. The walk to the district was less than half a mile and an easy stroll. We never felt unsafe or uneasy walking to and from St Augustine. The owners were available to answer any questions in a timely manner via messenger if needed. The yard is small with no real grass. If you bring a pet they’ll have a small area to play, but you’ll need to walk some for grassy areas. Overall it was a great house, and we had a lovely time staying here. We would definitely return to stay another time.

Perfect Christmas Beach Getaway

The house was in perfect order and was exactly as described. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, especially for Nights of Lights. The house was even decorated for Christmas on the exterior, which our kids were so excited about. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was incredibly cozy. If we ever find ourselves in St. Augustine again, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Thanksgiving at 56 Saragossa Street

The cottage was clean and comfortable. We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday here and were able to cook our holiday dinner. In the evening we walked to the square and enjoyed the Nights of Lights, it was a short 10 minute walk.

In law family get away.

Had a great family trip with my in-laws the 10 of us had a great time the space was more than big enough for us. The property is located two blocks off the main historic road in St. Augustine. Plenty of towels and pillows for everyone. The house is kept very clean. Also a plus for the area there is parking.
