This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was infested with cockroaches—on the bed, in the bathroom, and on the sink. I have photos to prove it. In addition to the pest issue, the door lock was not functioning properly, which further compromised my safety and sense of security during the stay.

We had driven from nc and wanted to eat. Dropped our bags from the roof and when we came back there were roaches all over the walls so we never slept there. Picked up our bags and left.Very dissappounting

We stayed 3 days! Myself, husband, Mom, and Father in Law..we got 2 seperate rooms. We asked them to put us downstairs and next to each other, the guy at the desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. He jumped right in and got us 2 rooms downstairs and next to each other. The rooms were VERY CLEAN, stocked with towels, beds were clean with lots of pillows. The refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The staff was super friendly! My next trip to St. Augustine we are definitely booking with this motel. I give it 20 stars 🌟!
