We reached very late after a concert. Front desk person actually called me to give me instructions if we reach after 11 pm. But waited for us. He understood that I am all about the view and since we were the last guest , he gave us an upgrade with the best room for view available. Very considerate and very friendly staff. Had a great view sitting outside in the balcony. RB

I have stayed here before but it was my girlfriends first time. She loved the comfort and friendliness of the staff and the closeness of downtown. Felt appreciated for being a guest. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Only muffin and toast for breakfast. Other reviews mislead. No microwave available. No coffee available till 7:30 am, unless you made your own. Heaven forbid you need ice after certain time. Cut and dry personality. Would be a great place to demolish and build something new. Very old !! Will not be back

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location and on the water! This is a very affordable option for visiting st Augustine. It’s on the water, walking distance to downtown area (about .5 mile over the bridge but it’s safe), has a shared balcony and has local charm. Also easy to get to when arriving into town and do not have to deal with downtown traffic or parking. This was our second time staying there and will definitely be back in the future!

Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast is actually really good, and the view of downtown St. Aug and the Night of Lights is the best possible unless you can afford one of the luxury homes that take up the rest of the shoreline.

Views were great. Good location for walkers. 10 to 15 minute walk across the bridge to main parts of the city. Breakfast was good along with their happy hour. The motel is old and needs a refresh.

The location is truly fantastic — close to everything, safe, and very convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet expectations. The quality wasn’t great, The service were not very attentive and sometimes seemed overwhelmed.

From start to finish, Edgewater Inn was a delight to stay ar. The staff was pleasant and were always ready to assist in any way to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the daily Happy Hour was a great way to wind down the day. The Inn is within walking distance of all main attractions in historic St Augustine and the view of the city and the river from the rooms cannot be beat.
