I choose an ocean view room but instead looked over the parking lot with the ocean at a corner. I asked to switch as it wasn’t what I booked. The front desk said it was because I booked thru a 3rd party and they always show the best view of the property from every room. I asked to switch and she told me they were fully booked. At 8 pm we walked the beach and 75% of the windows on the back facing the ocean were dark. Our room had silver fish in the bathtub. The bathtub drain is so clogged with previous guests hair it fills when you shower. No option for food but an over priced restaurant. As a couple we paid $40 for breakfast each day and only ordered avocado toast and tea.

We were on first floor no view. The room was clean and nothing fancy about the room. It was clean but housekeeping made beds but did not change sheets so could get Sandy in the room from beach. The staff in front were very nice. Did not eat in restaurant as the bartender could not find the football game on TV. (He didn’t try very hard) we went back to room to watch it and ordered from a different restaurant. Beach was beautiful but poolside bar was not open at all and we stayed for 3nights 4 days. That part we were really looking forward to. Probably won’t stay here again.

Renovations were ongoing so we had to park at the furthest point from our room. The ventilation system on each floor in the hallways was extremely noisy. The in-room AC sounded like a semi truck. The shower head was installed to where it was not adjustable and the water hit the back wall. The water drained so slow tha after a 3 minute shower it was ankle deep. Not what I would call"Resort" name worthy and definitely not worth the $200.00/night price.
