I sent 2 employees to stay at the hotel over night the hotel is really nice but the staff were so rude they accused my employees of hitting someones car and called the police on them when they had done nothing wrong and the manager was following them around the hotel they told me it was a very horrible experience

Great vibe.

Vive was great. Room was nice for the price paid. Great location. I plan to visit again soon. Staff was awesome at the front desk, bar and beachwares area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location right on the beach and the availability of good dining options close by. The resort is clean, the room was nice, but we had very little water pressure in the shower. We also did not know that this property allowed dogs, we were disturbed to hear dogs barking frequently while we were in our room. Lobby, shop, restaurant was nice.

The front staff was wonderful, and even gave us late night access to the pool. The toiletries were very cheap, and while clean the hotel needed updating and there was no hot water at all when I went to take a shower that night or the next morning.
