The location was good, the staff friendly, but this Hotel is genuine need of refurbishment. Also was not aware of how many animals would be allowed to stay at this hotel. A lot of barking heard throughout. We heard a lot of noises from other rooms through the air ducts. There was water damage on our ceiling on 4th floor. If I had to stay in this area again, I am sure there are better choices.

Rooms need updating.

Room was nice but cracks in the ceiling, rust in the tub, dated decor and TV. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The beach and pool was very convenient.

We had a great ocean view room and it was definitely worth it! The beach access was great. The staff was continually making improvements and cleaning. I would recommend this place!

Pool and Beach access were the best parts of the resort. The elevators were old, dirty, and made sketchy noises. The walls were thin and we could easily hear the neighbors in the bathroom. Great location.
