St Augustine relax and unwind

My grand kids had a blast in the heated pool and I enjoyed the managers meet and greet in the evenings. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet and staff went above and beyond to answer our every need. I will be booking again when I get back next spring.

The carpets are filthy but I did appreciate that breakfast was included and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for breakfast. Parking is valet only. Our room was in front of the gym and there was a guy in there that would through the weights after using them. That was annoying.

518 is not good. Slick tub. with 8 grab bars

Where do I begin. We have stayed here before. This was 9 night stay. Not one smiled greeted us. Most valets were surely. A few gave a crap about their jobs. Obviously. Does anyone supervise and teach them that you are a them that you are an hospitality organization they are your first line of defense. They need to have a smile on their face when we drive up and get out of the carAnd we Tip IN AND OUT. $25 a stay when we are outdoors. Ridiculous. What else?The handicap bathroom should would never be reported to the ADA the minute we saw it you cannot replace a bathtub that has been sprayed and it’s losing. It’s finished. It is slick on the bottom and putting up 50 elk and grab bars will not help a handicap person to get into that shower. it’s totally ridiculous. What else and it would’ve been nice. Had made service bothered to even try to clean our room more than twice after nine night and I don’t care if we left late or not your checkouts at 11 we leave at 11:30 they need to check our room am I correct? I’m at Hilton‘s hyatt diamond member. Very disappointed, you must get a front man out there. That floo2nd floor is great for your little breakfast and your once a week happy hour other than that that hotel needs to see a clerk at the desk who can send people up seeing it before and it’s failure to have that. AND you must get repeat customers or you will fail. You must consider your awful egress situation and it’s only gonna get worse when that front hotel opens.

The only thing I gave a low rating on was the service the person at the desk felt like I was talking to a robot you were better off having a screen and a touchpad to check in they barely even looked up at you they're thank you for not sincere and they look like they had a mean face I was asking about the laundry service and they told me just put your ID and go in and go I asked how much is it those kind of like a little struggle to get the quarters out of it but they had it it's just that again they didn't even looked up at me when I was talking to them that didn't happen the last time I was here and also they charged me for parking when I park myself it says clearly valet parking is $25 but I parked myself in a non-valet area and the overall was $60 I will come back because I like the pool area but again you know bad weather you guys cannot control that understood
