The room next to us had the tv blasting & the people apparently had a sports party going on. They were screaming & yelling & the profanity was extreme. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room did not work. I was in bed for the night & had to get up & get dressed to go down from the third floor to the check in desk to complain & met another lady in the elevator that was staying five rooms down & she was headed to the front desk to complain as well. This was close to one o’clock in the morning. What an absolute nightmare.

On my 1st night the 1st room the door wouldn't open and our room was dirty. When my son was going to go to bed the bedding was dirty 😒 and had dirty tissue in the bed sheets. The bathroom sink was clogged and i told the front desk. The young lady told that housekeeping woyld fix it but it was never don. When i got back to our room that mi evening. They never cleaned iur rroon.
