We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The best was the ocean sounds and view from the porch. Easy stairs up to the condo and very convenient location. This place has everything you need, upgraded linens and very comfortable beds, couldn’t ask for anything else and will definitely keep it on the list if I get a chance to come back!

Great condo!

We loved this condo! The master bed was so comfortable and the decor throughout the unit was very nice....updated and pretty. We enjoyed the games that were provided, too. My only complaint was that since we booked this condo based on the wonderful balcony area, we were disappointed that the view from the balcony when sitting in the chairs provided, was obscured by the railing. Maybe invest in some tall and comfortable chairs so the guests can fully enjoy the view. Otherwise, it was fantastic!!

Another great year in St. Augustine

Been coming to St. Augustine since lay 70’s. Now my girls are bringing their families. We had 3 units at Hibiscus managed by 3 different companies. All units were very nice but, the property does need attention. First time staying here but always drove by and seeing the beautiful hibiscus wood carvings at entrance. Now they are falling in and hard to find entrance. I made several calls to Vacasa to report unkept pools, pool cleaning net’s rotted so we could not scoop bugs and stuff out. Second the water showers on board walk from beach did not work. Not sure about pool cleaning but one shower was fixed. A lady there said, they had owned 2 time shares and had for many years. They sold one and was going to sell the other due to lack of Security, keep up of property etc. we did have a good time but I definitely can see what lady was saying. Entrance, parking spaces etc need painted and marked.

Beautiful

Updated condo. Very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Quick walk to beach and pools with wagon, chairs and umbrella in unit. Be sure to read the instruction booklet in the condo since the rental agency Vacasa knew nothing about what was provided!

Beautifully renovated condo with ocean view!

We had a great time and were VERY comfortable in this condo. The beds were so Comfortable and the place was very clean! It was a great location. We were there for a wedding and were worried about spring breakers but it was very quiet and relaxing! Great place to stay!

Nicely renovated

Very nice renovated condo in an older community. The inside and view from balcony were very nice. I did have to ask for a new comforter on bed as they didn’t know if they were washed in between guest. Great pool and quiet neighborhood- will definitely go back.

Lovely condo, despite ugly weather

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful condo with friends. We had rain most every day, which of course no one can help, but we very much enjoyed this condo. A few things others may want to think about, however: -Steep steps. Unit is on the 3rd floor, which sounds OK until you haul up luggage and groceries and old creaky bodies! -Parking - unit has one assigned spot, and we had 2 cars (2 couples on this trip). Guest parking was a bit of a hike. For that matter, this building is not adjacent to parking lot, so a bit of a stroll. -Speaking of location of building, it was tricky to find it - you can't see it from the street. We had to call the local property concierge to help us find it. That said, the unit was nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. A couple plug outlets were not working in bathrooms, and we were assured they'd be fixed immediately. (we asked for repairs not to disrupt our short vacation, so we declined having someone come while we were there) Pools were great and the local concierge number we were given was very responsive to any issues we had. I very much wish we'd planned a time when we could've stayed longer!

We loved it. Little farther then we thought to get to st augustine beach and down town but was still a short driving distance. Property needs some upkeep on other buildings in complex and hot tubs are small.
