Spent July 3 and fourth here. Location is excellent. Plenty of things to walk to. Very nice to sit on my porch and watch the boat traffic go by. Love that they had an actual freezer that worked along with my refrigerator. The rooms have been updated and are fine. If you’re looking for more upscale, go up the street to the Hilton. But this offers the best value for your money without feeling like you’re in a seedy hotel. It will be my go to whenever wanting to stay in downtown historic Saint Augustine.!

We had a problem inside the room. I reported it early in the morning. The sink had a broken pipe. I reported it to an individual by name of Gabriel. He said that he would have an addressed within an hour we left came back multiple hours later only to find our our door was unlocked. The bed had no sheets on it, and the sink is still not been fixed. I went down and talked to a very nice lady at the front desk. She offered to move us to a different room and help us move to a different room the next day our key would not work on the door so I had to go back down to the front desk. Nobody was manning it. It took him 20 minutes before I can get back into the Room overall not very satisfied with the place the areas around it and everything else was fantastic just because of a historic value of the city, but they need to do something better on customer service and customer care to have a sink break and not even clean up the room or anything else is completely uncalled for unnecessary especially when ““ they have housekeeping on site

Such a delightful place to stay. Less hustle and bustle but close enough for walking. Office staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the mood lighting made it relaxing. With parking at a premium it was a plus to know one has a place to park.

This reminds me of one of those vintage motor court motels. But it’s been very nicely upgraded! The location is perfect for walking to everything. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the showers luxurious, and the air conditioning is top notch (it’s an important thing in St Augustine in the summer!). We loved our stay and thought it was a super value. Will gladly return when we’re back in the area. I would highly recommend it!

Roim service is poor, the bathroom supplies are empty , incluing shower gel, shampoo, condituoner, and hand soap. Parking is separate from the room rate. For those without breakfast abd a pool, it's expensive.

The amazing location for walking downtown and them allowing us to check in early were the two pluses. There was a long list of cons though. The beds have strangely sharp corners that stick too far out. When I suggested to the office person they put some kind of cushioning on them before someone hurts themselves (we did 4 times) he acted uninterested. You can at least pretend to care. The room needed a paint job, a deep clean, and some updating. The cover on the bed had some kind of stain on it and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room as well as it should.

Hotel was nice and the people were great. The beds and showers were the only negative. The beds were very hard and the showers are slick and have no handles or places to prop.
