We had a wonderful time staying here. Even thought the weather didnt cooperate most if the time, we so enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the surf, and was there surf!!! One of the best features, was that you get both, the sunrises and the sunsets! The house had everything we needed and we all (spouse, FIL n best friend) really loved the house. We also enjoyed watching all the wildlife (birds and large turtle). It was a great week!

We had family from Switzerland come to the US and it allowed my husband and I and our two sons and their families from Missouri to meet them at this house so we all could stay together. We all enjoyed the pool & the game room as well as eating out on the front deck at the huge table. Our oldest son grilled meat on the grill practically every day for all of us. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed in order to prepare meals. There are 3 refrigerators in the house so having enough room to refrigerate food was not a problem. My only complaint was 3 bathrooms really wasn't enough for all of us but overall the house was perfect.

Good Experience

This was a nice place to stay. It was very close to an excellent beach. The only drawback was the spiral wood staircase to get to the second floor. It proved to be a navigation challenge for the older folks in our family, the dog, and anyone carrying luggage or groceries to the second floor. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for better.

The location of the property was good. Nice view of the ocean and large fenced back yard w pool was ideal. The beach access is close, if you want to scale down the rock wall to get to it. Otherwise you needed to walk a ways or drive to actually have walk on beach access.The house is huge but the management company definitely needs to pay attention to general maintenance issues, like labeling the 10k switches and replacement of kight bulbs would be nice. The property is clearly pet friendly by all the stains in the carpets. Overall cleaning of the house was fair but we had to retrieve balls and moved furniture to discover it had bot seen a broom or mop for a while. Kitchen has ample supplies for any cooking needs you have..k pod of the coffee maker stopped working. The over head range does not work. Again, general maintenance. For an ocean property the home does have mold that should be addressed. We were in the back yard with the dogs when the lawn people showed up. Music and talkingand the dogs altered someone was there but yet they opened the gate and let the dogs out. Good thing they dont travel far from us or this would have been a great time. Pool area is nice but several of the chairs were broken. Again, maintenance. Lots of stairs to climb, but the railings were loose and so was the main stair case leading to the back yard. Maintenance...if those things dont bother you then its a great place, location and amenities.

St Augustine house

I really enjoyed the house. The big deck had to be my favorite part. It had a great view of the ocean and plenty of room for a family of 11. The only part I would have changed is that I wish it had beach access. The ocean was so close, but there was no direct access on our street. A construction crew was working on the street, and it looks like at one point, they might make access to the beach.

Great big house!!!!

This house was awesome as far as room for us. The game room was great for the kids to hang out and play. Pool and back yard was awesome for hanging out and chilling after spending the day at the beach. Only down fall is we had young kids and beach access right at the house wasn’t accessible because of construction. There was a public beach access A couple miles down the road. So we packed lunches and loaded up each day. With young kids having beach access at the house is nice for back and forth (with napping), but if you have mostly adults or older kids this house is great! Would return down the road when all the kids are older. Definitely recommend staying here. Property manager was easy to deal with and great communication!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Daydream! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the living room TV. Someone was there not long after it was reported and the issue was resolved! I appreciated the communication before, during and after our Stay. Clearly i ordered 7 days of sun and they failed to deliver that, but it was a beautiful home in a great location. Steps to the beach. Only problem i had was the listing said sleeper sofa and i didnt find that. Otherwise it was a great place, love the area and Itripwas super easy to work with.

Amazing Experience!

I highly recommend this property!!! It is large and spacious. We hosted Thanksgiving lunch with my extended family of 32 and never felt crowded!! The game room downstairs was great for the teeenagers. The adults enjoyed the front porch with a great view of the ocean! The younger kids and the dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and up to date! All the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be renting this house again!

Excellent House for a truly wonderful wedding week.

The house is exactly as advertised, but even bigger in person. Location is fantastic if you love the sound of the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze. I really can not overstate how much I enjoyed the location and that magnificent front deck. The inside of the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen exceeded our needs, bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfy. Only bathroom complaint is low water pressure. We were able to comfortably host 20 people upstairs after our wedding, in case you're wondering if the house can accommodate a group for a few hours. It was an excellent house for a truly wonderful wedding week.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay here & were pleased with the responsiveness of the owners. It was just big enough for us & they allowed us to bring our 2 dogs which are more like family than a pet. We appreciated that they gave starter toiletries! The neighbor was super friendly. We’d stay again if we we could were coming back this way.
