Beach Haven est situïżœïżœïżœïżœ sur l’üle Anastasia, Ă  10 minutes au sud du centre-ville de St Augustine. Il est parfait pour une plage tranquille, une escapade ou des vacances actives! La piscine creusĂ©e chauffĂ©e offre intimitĂ© et sĂ©curitĂ© aux enfants et aux adultes.

Le quartier est calme avec un mïżœïżœlange de vacanciers et rĂ©sidents toute l'annïżœïżœe sur une rue sans issue. La plage est Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied de notre magnifique nouvelle passerelle en bois qui vous offre une vue imprenable sur les dunes, la plage et l'ocĂ©an, et vous permet de voir les tortues, les lapins et d'autres rĂ©sidents locaux Ă  quatre pattes!

Nous accueillons les enfants et les animaux domestiques dans cette maison de location accueillant les animaux de compagnie. Nous facturons des frais de petit animal. Vous serez Ă  quelques minutes de bons restaurants, de cinĂ©mas et de boutiques. We have rented numerous properties in the area and this was by far the best. We loved the pool and patio area. The master suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I and our kids and grandkids stayed downstairs. Privacy and togetherness at the same time ! Easy access to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The backyard and deck were fantastic to enjoy coffee while our dogs played or family swam. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. There were also pool toys/floats accessible which was a great for us. The public beach access is a very easy walk but do keep in mind that the access has multiple sets of steps and is not a short walk. You also have to navigate the ruts in the sand from the cars on the beach. My parents are elderly so it required us to drive them to the entry and help them on and off the beach. That is the nature of Butler Beach but ensuring others know before they go.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was even better in person! We loved every minute of our stay. Marty provided a beautiful home equipped with all the essentials. It was truly an amazing vacation experience with our children. There is a whole cabinet full of fun! Including board games and puzzles that we loved doing together. Highly recommend to anyone and we would go back yesterday if we could.

Loved this place

The house is as nice as it looks and you can’t beat the location. It’s a five min or less walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood and down a board walk. We appreciated and used the pool and the charcoal grill. The house has a wraparound second floor balcony with views of the ocean in between the houses behind the house. Overall a very serene and comfortable place. Thanks Marty!

Family vacay this is a great stay

This was such a fun vacation for our family. This house is located close to the beach with easy drive on acess also close by. We rented beach bikes for 2 days while we were there and they were worth it! In the mornings we would take a quick walk to the beach and set up for a fabulous day enjoying surf and sun. The afternoons were spent laying in the pool enjoying an afternoon of libations. The downstairs living space worked great to help us separate for evening movies or just chillling out time The kitchen is well stocked not that we cooked much but we found everything we needed. Great shopping and great restaurants are abundant so no worrying about finding something for everyone. IMPORTANT FACTS to us: you can see the ocean from the porch, the driveway will fit 4 vehicles, AC works great we were never hot upstairs or down, there's a keurig coffee maker, lots of space around the pool, great yard for the dog, there's a closet full of beach stuff, a cabinet full of puzzles and games, the beds are firm and all have footboards( if your tall this was an issue in the twin and bunk bed), there are lots of extra pillows and blankets, you don't hear the upstairs people walking when you're downstairs, keyless entry is awesome. WE LOVED IT! happy including the sog!!

Great Week!

What a relaxing week! The house was super comfortable, clean and inviting. Plenty water toys were available, the beach access was about a block and a half away and the beach was not swamped with people. There were plenty of books available and puzzles if you wanted to stay out of the sun. I know this is a minor thing but this was the first rental house i' ve ever rented that had a filtered water pitcher (great for coffee, ice cubes, drinking); what a wonderful idea! We all agreed that we would return. Thanks Marty.

Family beach get away

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and a short easy walk to the beach. The only issue was the master TV. Volume very low and we couldn’t get it turned up. We will probably be back next year. 😊

Walk to beach!

The home is well appointed and well maintained. The host and property manager are very responsive. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which is a beautiful one nice and wide and soft sand.
