Quick weekend trip to historic St Augustine to visit with my son who attends Flagler. B&B was in a perfect location within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great and room as advertised. Parking was tight, but it was at least on site.
It was very different from expected. Not much parking room (you have to back out), place needs some upkeep, first lady rattled everything off far too quickly so we didn't even get the pass number right. Kaylee however was very personable and helpful. First breakfast lady (older) very nice. Second day (same as showed us our room) a big let down. We were the first there at 8.25 and she finally served us at 9.00! We were not so happy.... We booked because of the hotel recommendation and it certainly was not any 9! The bed and bath did not disappoint. The balcony was great, but rather dirty. It has potential, just not sure it lives up to the reputation.
Clean and safe. We stayed in the Elizabeth room and it was great. Stand up shower and a small semi-private porch. Breakfast was from 8:30-9:30 and was prepared well. Coffee and Tea 24x7. Happy hour from 4-5 with red and white wine.
You can walk to the historic district of St Augustine with no trouble.
Parking is available but tight. Glad i had a small car.
I have stayed here before with family a few years ago. My significant other and I were planning a trip for our anniversary and decided to come back. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast! We arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to accommodate us. The staff is very kind and offer happy hour in the afternoon. Will definitely be back again and again! Perfect trip for a romantic getaway.
Nice B&B in an older home. Staff very friendly breakfast was great. Close to all areas and walkable. We were stuck with a large pickup truck for our rental vehicle. The parking was tight but otherwise would recommend.
