My family had a fantastic time in the beautiful home. Great location too. The house was so clean and well appointed. The golf cart was very fun and the grandkids loved the Connect 4 game. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with very nice appliances. Nothing negative - lovely stay.

The host was amazing with communication. The property is beautiful with very nice furniture, bedding, design, etc. The host provided so many extras such as plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner, coffee, tea, etc. The host also had phone chargers in almost every room which was so nice. The TVs were large and easy to use. We would come home and watch comedies in the evening. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the outside amenities, but we will next time. We rented the golf cart which was totally worth the money for much quicker trips to the shopping and dining. We absolutely loved this place and want to come back!!

Family trip

We stayed for many nights with a family of 7. My parents needed a ground floor bedroom and bathroom and it was perfect for them. We were able to use the great location to hit all the tourist spots and even walk onto a nearby bridge to watch the fireworks. The property was clean, well kept, and an excellent place to stay for the fourth! Thank you so much!

Beautiful

This home was beautiful and very clean. We loved that it provided everything we need from kitchen items to bathroom items such as shampoo, soap & conditioner. It was super close to a lot of things to do and the golf cart was a great way to get around. The host was very accommodating and answered very quickly with any questions or concerns we had. It was great vacation and we would definitely stay there again!

Easy family vacation

We stayed for a family vacation in June, this location was wonderful. The location is great, close to everything. We rented the golf cart and it was a lifesaver. It made it so easy to get everyone to the beach, downtown, etc. the house is very well stocked, the best we have ever stayed at. We had everything we could need in the kitchen, towels, beach gear, even games.

Our stay was amazing. The house exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thought of. There were labels everywhere to make things easy to find and put back (e.g. outdoor speaker, beach chairs, etc.) Every appliance was top notch, e.g. Ninja blender. The house came with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, no body lotion however.) Felt like a 5 star hotel and the service and quick response by the mgmt company was excellent. I highly recommend. It was a group of two couples and three kids and the house was perfect. Almost forgot to mention.. the location was perfect too. When it wasn't too hot, it was walking distance from historic downtown and two house over from the most beautiful street, Magnolia street.

Wonderful stay in St. Augustine!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The location was perfect and we loved having access to the golf cart to get to the downtown area. We loved the hot tub as well and the space was very clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our family of five to stay for a family wedding weekend. Close enough to the historic area to easily walk but even more fun to buzz around town in the golf cart. Plenty of room indoors and out and perhaps the best furnished VRBO we’ve ever rented.

Amazing Location

We loved staying here for a long weekend! The location was great, within walking distance of several attractions, convenient to the old downtown, and a very quick drive to the beach! House was very clean and nice with plenty of space. We were impressed with how everything was labeled and organized it made it really helpful to find what we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, games, and even a cooler. This place has everything you could need! Sadly it was raining off and on during our stay but we did get to enjoy the pool one morning and the hot tub one afternoon and both were great-someone even came our first morning to clean the pool which was perfect. One thing that I might have missed in the listing is that you have to go through the garage to get to one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. It took us a few minutes to figure that out. It was fine for us, and would be good for groups with a couple people who might want some quiet!

Spring break with teens

We had a great stay! This property had all the amenities we needed
cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, beach towels etc. The location is ideal if you want to walk to downtown or take the short drive to the beach. House is very clean! Only downside is the outdoor pool is not heated.

Great Place

Great place. As advertised. Very updated and clean. Property manager is very detailed and communicates very well. Check-in process was a breeze. Loved having iron and steamer for clothes! Only slight negative is that there are trees around pool that drop leaves into it and shade the area. My group would stay here again.
