The property and grounds were very well kept and the guarded gate offered additional security and peace of mind. The unit was exactly as pictured. Communication pre arrival and up to arrival were smooth and efficient. I was very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was! It has everything you need, plus some. The decor was cute and beachy. Liked the balcony. The beach was lovely and close( we wren in unit 8, which is closest to the boardwalk) . We were easily able to Uber downtown for a reasonable price.The cleanliness of the unit was an area of opportunity. It appears that no one inspected the unit before we arrived. There was mold in both toilets, which I cleaned, the wood floors had dirt and sand on them. Wore flip flops for the stay. There were dust bunnies, dirt, and sand under the master bed..hadnât been vacuumed or mopped in some time. Basically spot cleaned and didnât move much to get under any of the furniture. Now, it could be the unit was clean and sat for a while to accumulate dust, however a walk thru and touch up should be done before the guest arrives day of. Again, loved the location and amenities, just needs more attention to cleaning and sanitation.
