Location was ideal. Kitchen fully equipped. Host very responsive. Balcony was nice but unusable due to dirty seating. Bed frame squeaked with any movement which interrupted sleep. Mattress was comfortable though. Sofa and seats were not comfortable. Sofa and rugs stained. Bathroom fans were dirty and spewed dust all over towels and clothing. Sleeping in past 9 was not an option due to shop saws below.

It is set in the middle of downtown so it is easy to get to everything on foot, but far enough back from the roads that it feels more private and less noisy late at night. This was by far the best place we could have stayed in St Augustine to be able to enjoy the old city and St George St to the fullest. We were even able to catch a portion of the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony/deck!!

Location, location, location

The apartment is in a prime location, in the heart of historic downtown St Augustine. We were able to park our car and walk to the restaurants and small shops. The apartment is on a second floor and set back from the road, so pretty quiet. There was plenty of room with a good sized kitchen, living area and huge bedroom. The king size bed was comfortable. The home is very clean and has modern decor. There is a good size patio off the bedroom with a table and comfy chairs. There is a smaller balcony off the living area that we didnt use as it faced the apartment in front of us, which is close. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishware. We felt very safe and comfortable in this location. We had great communication from the managers of this property. If I had any cons, it would be the parking across the street in a designated spot. Its a little confusing to find the streets and entryway. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Excellent location

Excellent location allowed us to park the car and walk everywhere. Very quiet at night. We will definitely request this property again. We had a few minor issues dealing with issues uncontrollable for the property manager but they assisted us in working them out and without hesitation.
