Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home offers five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms across multiple levels. The bunk room features 2 twin-over-full beds, ideal for flexible group sleeping. A guest room includes 2 double beds, while the ocean-facing primary bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. A second bedroom also includes a king bed, and a queen bedroom overlooks a quiet nature preserve. Three bathrooms provide convenience for larger groups, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Outdoor living
The private pool anchors the outdoor space, offering a refreshing alternative to the beach just a short walk away. From the balcony, you can take in beach view, ocean view, and pool view perspectives as the light shifts throughout the day. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - make it easy to head out without extra planning. Free parking on premises - 4 spaces - ensures simple arrivals, and a private entrance with separate street or building entrance adds to the sense of ease.

Living spaces and entertainment
Inside, generous gathering areas encourage relaxed downtime. A dedicated entertainment area features an HDTV with Roku, while Wifi supports streaming or remote work. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fan options help keep the interior comfortable year-round.
