Absolutely horrible. The bed sheets had yellow and blood stains on them. Roach in the shower and flys coming out of the bathroom. Lobby smelled like mold and musty, and not to mention the amount of dog hair on the futon. Never again. I immediately check out. I was refunded for my stay, However was charged an 176.95 when calling the hotel to ask why the charges the front desk person advised that I call back the next day to speak to a manager. I called was again told to call back again and ask for the manager. 3rd time calling and spoke to someone Marlene can’t remember her name she informed me without even looking in their system that they do not see that extra charge on their end and that I would need to dispute it with my bank. NEVER AGAIN. We drive 4 in a half hours and had to find somewhere else to stay at 10 at night.

Negatives- verses positives

This hotel was one step above camping. If you are okay with the bare bones, however clean it's good. Positives-good price, close to pool, microwave, larger mini fridge, very clean, nice hotel staff, dollar store is about a mile away, cheap price. You are only about a couple of miles from downtown....cheap Uber or lift like $10 one way, good breakfast. Negatives- shower drain clogged, shampoo is cheap, no coffee maker, hair dryer is one speed, no variety in breakfast. Same continental breakfast....fruit was slim Pickens Overall it was a great vacation for a budget.Do not come here if you want to be pampered.

There's a really bad smell of mold and damp here, unbearable. I woke up several times during the night that I couldn't breathe. The bed was clean, the towels were clean too. Everything else in the room (walls, handles, nightstands) etc was dirty. The guy at the front desk was very helpful

Awesome stay!

The stay was great besides the train noise all hours of the night and the roosters . Breakfast was good for the most part. Rooms were clean when getting there but noticed they never once came and cleaned our rooms so had to keep going to the front desk to ask for stuff. Pool was great !

Hire new sanitation staff

There wasn’t an employee in the lobby when trying to check in. I eventually found him outside on his phone. He seemed annoyed when I asked him to check us in. The bathroom and sink area was filthy. Water scum and buildup on the shower and sink. Other people’s hairs still present on the shower and sink. It’s obvious whoever is in charge of sanitation either isn’t paid enough or doesn’t care about their job. I had to go to the CVS across the street to buy bleach and scrub pads to clean the bathroom and sink area so my family would stay. Basically, all the 1 star reviews are correct. This place isn’t clean, and I came into this situation understanding I wasn’t paying a lot for this stay. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz. My expectations obviously weren’t low enough.
