This place should be condemned. It was filthy. It is not a hotel its a seedy motel.i have pictures of roaches on the floor in the bathroom i have pictures of broken light sockets and i alsi have pictures of the rust in the bathtub.

Great place to stay

The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had a room on the backside with a beautiful view. There is a train track on the back so some might not enjoy the backside rooms. I was fine with the train. There is a small table and chairs to sit outside if you want. The attached restaurant has great Cuban food. Lots of things to see and do within a couple of miles. I would definitely stay there again.

It was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The housekeepers did a good job cleaning and replacing towels and coffeethat were used up..The bathroom fan did not work, no hot water in the sink. For all that monwe paid there was nothing complimentary, no breakfast no nothing. Might as well we stayed at a local hotel. It was mot what we expected on getting there, it needs a lot of renovation.

My son, my service animal, and I arrived tonight back some. We were all extremely surprised on how well kept the property is kept inside and out. Staff is incredible you had to ask for something they would find it for you. No additute from anyone. What I did find out late was (back store the hotel is next to one off orange green troy tours). Whether you pre purchased a tour or by that day you can have a shuttle drop you at the start of tour and another drop you back to the hotel. Loved this place and would definitely come back

There are no elevators, and I was with a person who couldn't climb stairs. Then, the train passes every hour and a half, stopping for ten minutes; this is highly annoying to the rooms at the back.

The room itself was ok. The noise level was absolutely ridiculous. You could hear slamming of the pool gate and people in pool area all hours. You can hear everything in the rooms next door and above you. I did not get any sleep.
