Would recommend!!

The property is very clean and well taken care of. Our room was very clean. It’s an older motel type style. Pool and jacuzzi tub looked clean although I did not use it. Has a playground for kids, a dog park spot for your pups. Lots of parking. Ice machines for each building. The only issue that was no fault to the hotel was a barking dog in the room below our room around 8 am. For a while. Other than that I recommend this place.

Comfortable, Quiet, & Clean

Very comfortable beds, clean, quiet despite being near main roads, and convenient to restaurants. Shaded play area was a nice surprise. Very good hot breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again when visiting St Augustine (downtown parking deck is only 15 minutes away).

I paid for this room specifically for the extra ed space from the sofa Sleeper. It was not made up and the mattress cover had a large rip in it. I had to use the bed dressing for the other bed as a cover sheet. The floor was dirty, the mirror smeared, and one of the 3 coffee pods they left me had been used. There was water in the reservoir. I complained about the smoke smell and was told" oh year, right below you in a garbage can with an ashtray top" I was thanked for my complaints and wished a good day. Not staying here again

was relieved because hotel experience from one we checked out of was not so good. i was greeted with warm friendly outgoing desk clerk who did a great job explaining everything u needed to know so u didnt have to ask and her bonus dinner suggestion. rooms were clean hot tub was awesome and clean. breakfast was yummy too. thank u for being a great redemption hotel. will stay here again next time im in town. u have gained a loyal customer and the price was very reasonable.

Ceiling in room needed fair about of work. No instructions on use of tv. Tv remote had numbers that didn’t work. Room telephone didn’t work. When I went to the front desk they told me that they were working on the phones. When I checked out, no one asked if everything was OK. Breakfast offering was below average. Would not go back to this chain.
