Awesome location, 10 minutes to almost anything. A very clean, well stocked cottage. Very dog friendly, with everything you may need for your pup, including a large fenced in yard. It's a small cottage so be prepared to share space. But we had an excellent stay.

Quaint little cottage. We did enjoy our stay. Close to everything. It is in a nice and safe neighborhood and very quiet. Could use a few more things in the kitchen. Overall nice place. Would stay again. He was great getting back with us when we had questions.

Perfect place for our stay

The cottage was very clean and simple. It's just what we needed for a short getaway! We enjoyed walking to the many attractions and shopping in downtown st. Augustine. I also enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well.

Visiting St Augustine for a wedding

The property fit our needs perfectly. It was convenient to have access to washer/dryer. It was close enough to walk into St Augustine (2 mi) and very convenient to one of the beaches. Not knowing how many friends or family may have needed a place to stay, having both a trundle bed and fold out couch provided options. It’s an older home but has all the necessities. It was perfect for our stay.

Cottage in the Ancient City

This was a lovely little property just north of the historic downtown area. The owner was forthcoming with restaurant ideas as well as activities.It is definitely a pet friendly place. We all felt right at home.
