Staff support lacking when I lost my wallet they couldn’t go into the room and check had to drive out back from being out of down already. Hotel smelled bad like weed and whatever else didn’t end up staying in the room lost out on money

Room was a bit rough. I see they are making an attempt to update. The thing that bothered me the most was the window (ground floor) wood was rotting and closure was a simple fifties style turn latch. Anyone could have climbed in, so I felt unsafe and it has to be a code violation. The chair in the room looked like it was bought at a garage sale and if you sat in it it sunk. It was tattered and beat up. Bed was comfy and room is a good value for the money. Plus food and restaurants were everywhere which was great. I would stay again just for that and hope they keep upgrading

The carpet was shredded and should have been removed. The chair was broken. The smell was like stale smoke that was overwhelming, in a non- smoking room. The window was cracked. Out side on ground level there were coffee cups on the base of the light post to indicate people are outside the room in the grassy area.
