"6 Personen, davon jemand im Rollstuhl. Die Lage vom Hotel gegenüber dem Bahnhof ist optimal; Busse in nächster Nähe erreichbar sowie gut zu Fuss zur Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Gepäcke bei der Ankunft bis zum Einchecken und anderntags bis zur Abreise in einem separaten Raum belassen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. In der Bar wurden wir freundlich und rasch bedient. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Für Gäste im Rollstuhl und Behinderte sind die Gänge zu den einzelnen Tischen im Frühstücksraum ein wenig eng. Mehr Helligkeit im Frühstücksraum wäre wünschenwert. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder. C.M, Zürich "
