*The very nicest and biggest of the Las Palmas designs, built in 2007 with vaulted ceilings and an extra large balcony; You may enter the extensive balcony from the kitchen, the living room, or the master. The windows and balcony directly overlook the valley and mountains with no buildings intervening. These mountains just outside of Las Palmas contain some of
Southern Utah's best mountain biking trails. Compared to the older buildings in Las Palmas this is the best building by far! The slightly higher prices for the same amount of rooms as older units are because these units are so much bigger and up to date. Come see for yourself!

* 1700 sq. ft 3 Bedrooms. King bed in master, queen beds in 2 other rooms.
2 full baths with tub/shower. Large living room with two comfy full size couches.

The unit worked well for us. A senior couple, our widowed daughter, and our youngest daughter and her husband. We came down from SLC for a concert at Tuachan. Had a great time listening to oldxrock and roll music. My daughters had plenty of space to do on line business beforewe hit the road the next morning. We would concider coming back if we all could get our scedules together again.

This spacious top-floor unit was perfect for our weekend getaway with four adults. Loved the large, well equipped kitchen. The location worked well for our activities in the St George area. A fun quirk: For the tub in the hall bath, turn the knob to "Cold" for hot water, and to "Hot" for cold water.

Fun family weekend

Beautiful, clean, top floor room only about 20 minutes from Tuacahn. Enjoyed the swimming pools and the A/C with outside temperatures up to 105. Check in was a breeze. There were no problems at all with our stay.

Excellent stay in St. George

My husband and I spent four weeks in this three-bedroom condo in Las Palmas. The unit was very spacious and comfortable, and easily accommodated our varying numbers of adults and grandchildren. The kitchen is wonderfully well-equipped, and we love to cook! The complex, where we have stayed before, has seen better days (broken pool lounge chairs which have not been removed, buildings in need of paint, etc). But the location is terrific, and it is very child-friendly. This unit has a wonderful view and is in a quieter section of the complex. The host was always available and responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend this unit.

Desert Delight

Stephanie and her team take good care of the condo. The beds are comfortable. The sofa was also a fine place to take a nap. Ample pillows, blankets, towels. The rooms are large. We made good use of the resort facilities. Not too far to downtown St George. Grocery store and pharmacy in the area as well as McDonalds and local restaurants. Quiet in February. Busier in March. It felt like home and was hard to leave.

The common areas are very large. One of the biggest kitchens I’ve seen at a condo. We loved the big patio, also. It is an end unit looking over the desert hills, so the view is nice, and it feels more secluded than other units. Terrific place!

Great place with amazing views

We really enjoyed staying here. The complex is overall a little dated, but the swimming pools were great fun for the kids, and the views off the balcony were spectacular. The place feels roomy as it's a top floor unit with higher ceilings, and I did a ton of work Zoom calls from the balcony with 180+ degree views of the mountains.

Perfect St George Stay

This unit was perfect for us. The amenities at the property were amazing (pools especially). The unit is nice that it's a corner unit on the top floor and feels very private with nothing behind it. It has a large balcony. I went out early in the morning and saw all sorts of wild life -- roadrunners, a bunny, birds, etc. The location for us was perfect -- very close to places we needed to get to. There were some things not in shape when we arrived and the host was very accommodating, helpful and kind. Highly recommended! We'll likely try to stay here again for future visits.

We love Las Palmas and this unit was spacious and beautiful. Deck has a nice view. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Top floor unit is always nice! Also, the host was so kind and arranged payment for us to spend an extra night and beat the holiday rush home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic condo!

My husband and I stayed here for over a week and had a wonderful time while visiting Zion, Arches, and Bryce Canyon. The condo is just as advertised, large and spacious with wonderful views. The kitchen was very well equipped and the L shaped balcony was the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee. Pools are within easy walking distance and there is an elevator for those who do not want to climb the stairs to the third floor, but the views from this top floor condo are fantastic. If you are looking for a place to stay in St. George, this is one place you want to consider.
