Located in the Las Palmas Resort which includes year-round amenities for all ages, including: pools, splash pad, hot tubs, pickle ball, fitness center, playground, basketball, and more. Convenient access to Restaurants and shopping as well as my other activities such as: Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Soccer, Baseball, Tennis, Softball, Theaters. Fifteen golf courses within 20 minutes.

The Space:
Three-bedroom, two-bathroom, second floor condo with large open living space and large covered deck. Large windows provide lots of natural light and great views. Condo is accessible by elevator and stairs.

Large open living space includes great room, kitchen, and dining space. Large kitchen Island and dining table provide many spaces for indoor eating and entertaining.

Fully outfitted with modern appliances. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials (cookware, dishes, cutlery, appliances, coffee machine, BBQ Grill, etc).

Bedrooms have high quality mattresses, linens, and plentiful pillows. Pool towels and standard bath towels are provided.

Bunk Room: Bunk with Full size bed on bottom and twin bed on top, plus a single twin bed, Flat screen smart TV.
