We have stayed at this property before in a different room. We were disappointed in the room we were given. It was pretty run down. The shower handle was falling off. The sink stunk every time we ran the water. We were on the end and housekeeping woke us up every morning setting up for their day. The carts on the tile floor made all kinds of noise. It just wasn’t like the other room we had.

Bathroom shower had some black in the corner (mold)? No tea/coffee available in room. Actually NO TEA anywhere in the hotel, even at the breakfast, only for coffee drinkers. 24hr coffee stand (near reception) was empty or cold. 'Hot' breakfast was lukewarm 30 min after it opened. Hotel music was loud in the corridor (we could hear it in our room with door closed). They finally turned it off, after we called front desk as it was after 10pm at night.

Stafff was helpful, when we faced a medical emergency and had to return home unexpectedly. Our door wouldn’t latch a lot if the time. It’s a pretty rundown place… I couldn’t find an ice machine that had ice in it

The room was absolutely unbearable. It had a terrible smell. We believe the sheets were dirty. We had to buy new pillows because the ones they provided were very dirty. The towels were stained toilet tissue holder, falling off the wall. The tile was stained in the bathroom. We were there for a soccer tournament with other soccer mates. The equipment for the Pickleball courts, the pool tables, and Basketball‘s were all old and breaking apart. It was disappointing and gross. They need to shut down and renovate!

the rooms aren’t very clean, and are pretty outdated. beds were incredibly uncomfortable. the plug on our bath tub didn’t work, there were packs condoms on the floor when we first checked in. the complimentary breakfast isn’t much to write home about either. the pool and amenities were what made this 2 stars instead of 1.
