Only some minor cleanliness issues upon arrival but nothing to deter you. The dishwasher hadn’t been ran and was full of dirty cups and plates, old bars of soap left in the shower as well as a shower liner that needed replacing. The beds were clean and comfortable and the living space cozy and inviting. We could walk anywhere, the beach and restaurants. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which came with detergent. There was also extra toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, which my sister forgot. This was our first time at Saint George island and plan on returning.

Peaceful and nice

We loved sitting on the porch. It was also very private not anyone around the apartment complex. The place is just as described. Also, you can walk to anywhere from this location . Also, the owner Mrs. Marilyn is the kindest and most precious lady. She was visiting at the time we were there. She was helpful and great to talk to and was so good to us.

Our second stay

We love the location of the property. Near everything and bike path across the street. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Kind of busy with street noise during the day but totally quiet in the evening. Love the wraparound porch and breezes from the Gulf. Be sure to check out the sunset from the fishing pier

Awesome location

House is near restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Both bedrooms have kings, but only one bedroom has a tv. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. This was a great space for a family of 4.

The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to the restaurants and the beach was also close by. Reasonable rates and the property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

A nice unit in a very convenient location

The unit has been recently remodeled and is very nice - 10ft ceilings, new fixtures, etc. It is perfect for 2 couple or a small family. In the center of all businesses so you can walk to everything.

Good location to the lighthouse and restaurants

We loved the apt, it was nice and fully stocked. The problem was the front door, it had to be pushed in and lined up with the lock before entering the code and it took several times before locking and unlocking. The wifi username and password were not the ones emailed to me but we figured it out, it was on the router. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the island. There were a few things about the condo that were inconvenient, we couldn’t turn off the overhead light in bedroom and the ice maker didn’t work. The check in process was confusing. We had to get the help of the realtor downstairs to get in.

Disappointed

I was very excited about taking a trip to the beach with my son- the house looked exactly pictured however it was infested with German roaches. I reached out the the owner as soon as I noticed them and sent pictures. I was told I would be getting a 100% full refund however that is not the case I received a partial refund. Trying to communicate with the owner post stay has been near impossible. I had to forgo my trip that was planned months in advance because I refused to stay any longer.
