The view was great. The beds were comfortable. The maintenance company was very responsive. Everything worked. The house seemed very unloved--it needed repairs. The ceiling had water damage. The cabinets were old and junky. The dish washer and dryer were very loud. There was unpainted trim on the floor of the bathrooms. One of the toilets was incorrectly installed. The rustic patio furniture was falling apart. The roof dripped in the middle of the entrance stair/walkway and it was slippery. It functioned as advertised, but it is not what I expected in a beach front house. I would not stay there again.
Property was awesome.,could use a little driveway work...we got stuck with a compact car once...no worries ..weather was bad...can't help that...but I am coming nack
We stayed at Prima Villa with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy the week and not feel cramped at all. There is a large deck overlooking the beach, one side is screened- in while the other open, and the living room with a wall of windows, really is what makes the place!
Like everyone else said, it is quite old and dated and there are updates needed that would make this home more comfortable for guests. Itâs all stated before so I wonât repeat.
Itâs all about your expectation and what you want and are ok with. We were fine as a family with Prima Villa and had a wonderful time!
The property, view and beach access could not have been better. The interior, the furniture, furnishings and mattresses could not have been worse. Unless youâre a twenty year old athlete, you will be in pain from the sofa, chairs and mattresses which should have been replaced twenty years ago.
