Welcome to "SOFT SHOES"! This delightful new construction beachfront home a show-stopper, with all the bells and whistles to ensure your family has a fabulous vacation! Boasting four bedrooms, four bathrooms, beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a bright and airy kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless appliances, all new furniture and bedding throughout. The home is all one level, making it perfect for extended family groups of all ages. There are two beachside Master Suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the expansive beachside porch equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. The other Master Suite has a king bed and it's own private bathroom on the backside of the home. Across from the king suite you will find the kid's bunk room with queen bunk beds which shares the hall bath. Soft Shoes has an extensive outdoor living space with an exceptional private pool area, picnic table and a hot tub! A private walkover leads directly from the private pool to the beach. Fantastic location to the middle of the island, making for an easy walk or bike ride to all the shops and restaurants.
