Great location, all staff so friendly. Need to rethink how the bars work. As when it gets a little busy they can’t cope with the system they have, one person serving, one person billing and another one/to waiting tables. So it takes ages to get a drink and ages to settle the bill. That said, great pool and grounds, well located for St George’s and the Airport.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was a definite highlight. But what truly stood out was the staff—they were excellent. They’re not overly attentive or constantly hovering, which I appreciated. Instead, when you need something, they’re genuinely helpful and accommodating. It felt refreshingly genuine, and by the end of our stay, I was on a first-name basis with many of them. We are already planning a trip back.

I stayed at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The resort was clean, comfortable, and very tired. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them. I also wanted to thank all the bar staff. As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed chatting with the bar attendants. Shenard was particularly great; friendly and engaging with the guests. Joseph Lindo, Linnel, and Rena were also great, so I appreciate their efforts as well. Lastly, I want to thank the resort manager, Lawrence, for allowing me to have a late check-out. I really appreciated that and the friendly conversations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. They have great staff who are very welcoming, and I plan to return in the near future.

Not having all the facilities up and running was noticeable for me compared to my previous visit in February. The TV channels are still Very basic. I even had to change rooms because it was not suitable for my daughter who has Fibromyalgia and need space to maneuver.
