Property is huge , prepare for lots of walking since there is a shortage of carts so it’s long waits. Food was ok could have been a bit better and have more variety. Drinks are strong !! Family friendly. Could have more activities available Con: lots of bugs in balcony , and hotel is 5 mins away from the airport there should be a shuttle for guest. Taxis are 15 dollars per person just to go around the corner. You can walk but there is no path And who wants to push luggage through the road where cars are passing.

The grounds were well maintained and beautiful, very pleasing to the eyes. Unfortunately that is all. The service was terrible! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The security staff, staff driving the buggies and bartenders were great other than that the rest were rude and condescending. There was no purpose to make reservations if you had the opportunity to do so because they were backed up time and time again. Servers would take 15-30 minutes to bring you a beverage during breakfast. Most times I was done with my meal. This is low season so I can only imagine the disaster when busy. All the minority guests had ongoing issues. Caucasian guests seemed to not have any. When an issue would be reported they would try to accommodate you with something that was already included and played it up as if they were doing you a favor. I asked for late checkout and was told to call the following morning at 7:30 am. They could have informed me in the moment since the system already has the information for rooms booked. All the other people on my flight were allowed to do a late Checkout out of their rooms. I was also told there was no area I could shower prior to my flight but indeed I was able to use the spa. The staff in the spa were courteous and pleasant. The food was not good at all.

The staff were all pleasant. The different restaurants as well as food options within the restaurants are very nice. Only thing I would like to see for next time that various guest found disappointing was the lack of music playing at the bars when the theatre shut off. The bar was still open but there was no, music playing, would have been nice to still hear some, music even if it was playing softly. Other than that, the resort and staff are lovely. Finda was especially pleasant.

Let me start by staying we would stay here again as it is a beautiful property with a beautiful beach and good restaurants. However, the stay was not without issues. Check-in was a mess and room was not ready. Even though they say check in is at 3:00, when you arrive they tell you that is when the "process" begins and you don't get your room until much later. Check-in staff was very uncaring about arriving and having to wait and try to get you to stay in other rooms that are ready. The reservation process for restaurants was easier than most resorts and we loved that you don't have to use towel cards for beach towels. Other small issues were more housekeeping issues. It seemed they never could get the entire process of cleaning our room right. One day we had no toilet paper, several days our coffee supplies were not filled, etc. One morning our breakfast was delivered to the wrong room, most days the breakfast was not anywhere close to the order we had actually placed. Staff at this resort seemed by far less friendly than many of the other caribbean resorts we have stayed. We asked repeatedly to speak to the General Manager about the runaround we were given at check in, but never once did he make contact with us. Overall the place is beautiful & food was good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

It's not what i expected, 1 off the cleaning lady half clean my room , the next day no one came to clean my room i went out came back about after 8 the night and the room was still a mess I went to the front desk to pay for breakfast for someone they took my money but on my way heading to the dining room someone came running to me saying that it's to late for the person to have breakfast (breakfast finish at 11am it was 10:25am) William tried his best and was helping out thanks to him
