The folks at CaterTo get no points for the accuracy of their description of the property. It is very nice, with spectacular views, but ... It is not a "new construction" by any means (as our host freely admitted when we arrived). And the floor plan is not conducive to five couples sharing equally. True, it sleeps 10, but one room is a massive master suite, while two others are much smaller and share a bathroom, and the fourth is a tiny "nanny's quarters." The fifth is a guest room in the gate house. So, it's designed for a family, not couples -- none of which is clear from the description.The "pool" is a wading pool that gets no sun. There is no water pressure in the showers. And there are no chairs in bedroom -- no place to sit, for example, while putting on your shoes.Again, the view is spectacular and the house is otherwise clean and comfortable, but because it is north-facing, it does not get much such except on one upper level deck in the afternoon where there are 4 lounge chairs.So, all-in-all, I must say that we've been in better places on St. John.
