This is a great house in St John with a gorgeous view! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was really nice! There was a nice big driveway and it was great to have beach towels and chairs provided. The only troubles we had were: Difficulty with checking in. The property manager was juggling a bunch of houses so couldn’t meet us until 5pm even though we were ready closer to 3:30pm. We also had a tough time finding the house as there isn’t really an address and the property manager was busy so she couldn’t meet us and have us follow her. Also, the wi-fi wasn’t working for the first few days. The property manager allowed my husband to come to her office on Tuesday since he couldn’t take his work call from the house. Overall, a great house, great location and a beautiful island. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Loved the view and the hot tub. Location was good for everything we wanted to do on the island including hiking and beach exploration. Kristin was great to work with, especially when are flight was significantly delayed and the car ferry had stopped running. She gave us a much needed ride to the villa and some great tips.

We had a wonderful stay. Although there were a few minor issues, including the washing machine not working, Anne was attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. Loved the patio with incredible views!

Hot tub is mentioned in the listing title and something our family was looking forward to. The hot tub was broken prior to our arrival and we were not made aware of this. The washing machine was also broken and we were told that upon arrival. Both remained broken the duration of our stay. The house was challenging to find, as the location pin provided was 2 tenths of a mile from the house. The lockbox didn’t work. No instructions were provided on how to turn on outside lighting - deck light switch is hidden behind the tv. Communication could have been better. People entered the home while we were out without any courtesy notice to us.The host and property manager are friendly and the house otherwise is as indicated in the listing. Views are pretty, we just wish the amenities were functional as they were the main reason we chose the home.

Great trip

We had a great stay. Hot tub on the balcony was a great way to end the day after the beach. Roads leading to house are a bit steep but so is much of St. John! Took only 10 minutes to get to Cruz bay and another 10 or so to get to north shore beaches. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful stay, comfy beds, wonderful view!

We are a family of 4, with a young adult and 10 yr old. We all loved this house. It is open, airy and has a beautiful view of Fish Bay. We spent every morning and evening on the deck, enjoying the breeze and views. It was a quiet neighborhood, but only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay and Starfish market. The hot tub is great, beds were very comfy and AC perfect level. All the amenities worked well, and Kristen [our check in guide] was knowledgeable and shared many helpful tips as it was our 1st time to the island. The home was perfectly clean, plenty of towels and beach gear. The checkin process was OK, we had to coordinate with Kristen to meet up on the island, which worked out, but there are places we had issues with cell service so its best to have someone in your party have Verizon- our daughter has Verizon and she had signal nearly everywhere, we have Mint and didn't have signal at times. The drive up is intense at first, but Kristen will guide you thru it. We highly recommend this place for anyones stay in St John, its a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny as it is quality, ideal location and beautiful.

Wonderful villa !

Really enjoyed our time at the villa ! Sharp turn into drive but we got used to it! Spiral staircases might not be for everyone but we were ok. Weather was amazing! The deck and hot tub were spectacular. Jets in the tub are fantastic! Thanks!

Incredible Oasis with Spectacular Views!

Our vacation was amazing, and this home was a huge reason why! The views were unimaginably beautiful and expansive. We don’t hours on the balcony with our kids, staring at the hillside and harbor below. We all had our own bedrooms, but given the loft, felt like we were still together. The house was close to all the action, but also had some distance that provided a reprieve. We can’t recommend this hike enough, and will absolutely be back!

Spring Break

Second stay on the island. Beautiful property with gorgeous views of the bay and sunrise over the hillside. More than enough space to relax for a group of 6 after a full day of adventures. Convenient location near Cruz Bay with easy accessibility compared to most homes on the island. High winds while we were there but that helped keep the mosquitos away while stargazing at night. Good communication with the property manager and quick responses with resolution to all questions/concerns.

Amazing house and view!

The house looks exactly like the pictures - incredible view, clean, and has everything you’ll need for a great vacation (lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries, etc.). We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and our kids loved sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. The whole property feels very private. The property manager, Kristen, was amazing. She showed us around the house when we arrived and gave us several helpful tips for navigating the island, everything from how the locals drive to grocery stores. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, convenient location

This is a beautiful spot overlooking Fish Bay and easy to get to as it's right on the main road before you dip into the bay and you don't have to take any crazy arterial switchbacks to get to the house. Parking is easy as the driveway is flat and large for easy turnarounds. The kitchen is great and well stocked. They leave condiments and other food stuff from prior guests which is convenient considering the high costs of groceries. One thing that was tough about the layout of the house is that the upstairs bedrooms are true loft style with incomplete walls and sliding barn doors. This provides very little privacy and if someone wants to go to bed early but other people in your party are up you cant close yourself off unless you're in the primary bedroom. The metal staircase was also rough on our barefeet after a few days - we wished we had brought house slippers! Also, they had incomplete tile work outside where multiple members of our party stubbed a toe or tripped because of the uneven spots and edges.

Winter respite

This was a nice, sunny winter escape. We were glad to have a rental car as we explored much of the island. We appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels to use and we made use of one snorkeling set as well. We liked having a grill and a nice kitchen stocked well with dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc. The prompt response and accessibility of the property manager was wonderful.
