This is a great place to stay. The employees were great with the exception of one person who appeared to be a manager. Also, if you’re going to have vending machines then make sure they work and are able to take a variety of payment methods. Location was amazing right near George Street.

I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Given that it's attached to the convention center, I thought it would be a bit cleaner. The tile groute is dirty and the condition of the walls and furniture was not very good. This hotel is in desperate need of some maintenance upgrades. I would not stay at this hotel again. There are many other hotels in the same general area that are better.

The Delta had friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a great way to relax! Walkable distance to downtown shops and eateries. Would reccommend!

We had a check in for 3:00. Had plans to get ready for dinner and a concert and relax a bit before. We had been up early and travelled since 5:30 that morning. Arrived at hotel at 3 to be told the room was not cleaned yet. And someone would contact us when it was. Checked at 3:20 to be told still not ready. Then again at 4 as I was then furious as we would have to rush now for our plans. Had to argue with staff and demand they do something and magically they were able to get us another room. Not booking through Expedia anymore as it seemed the people who booked directly through the delta had no issue getting their rooms as I watched several people get check in and receive room keys. Talked to other people in the lobby waiting on rooms and they booked through Expedia as well. Never and I repeat never staying at the delta again. The hotel Is highly over priced, lobby looks nice and well taken care of but the rooms are dusty, carpet is dingy and disgusting. Bathroom tub wasn’t really clean. Staff are not accommodating and argue back with you. No excuse for room not to be ready at check in time. A room at the delta shouldn’t cost more than $150. For $250 we should be receiving good service and 5 star rated rooms, the delta doesn’t deserve one star.

Service was perfect, the floors were dirty , I stuck on to the floor , something sticky on floor. Room was way too warm.

Pleasant stay, good food and staff. The building is showing its age in some locations however the room was fairly modern and clean. Staff and food onsite was very good and would stay again.
