Welcome to our fabulous home away from home in historic St. John’s.
This 2-bedroom apartment has an ideal location for a tourist, or for a longer term executive renter who wants to live in the heart of the city. It has many inviting features to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Within a walking distance from infamous George Street with the variety of pubs and restaurants, The Rooms, Bannerman Park, grocery and liquor stores and just blocks away from Georgetown Bakery with their delicious pastry baked every day.
This is ground level apartment with private entrance and on-street free parking. It has living room with an open concept kitchen, 2 bedrooms, office, one and half bathroom and deck.
Each bedroom has new queen bed with luxury mattresses and superior linens, 32" Smart Roku TV, closet with the small safe and has its own lock. There is a table and a chair in the office room, The half-bathroom has the toilet and the small sink. The full bathroom has the bathtub, sink, toilet and other amenities, such as hair blow drier, iron, and ironing board. It also equipped with the modern washer and dryer. We provide you with washer detergent, as well as shampoo/conditioner and soft, Egyptian cotton towels.
Open concept kitchen is fully equipped with new supplies, cookware and dining ware. There is a stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, as well as Nespresso coffee machine. Dining area seats four and facing out to an enclosed deck that includes spaces for BBQing, dining as well as seating.
Living room area has genuine leather couch and loveseat, electric fireplace and 50" TV with a cable TV. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. The quality of air is controlled by the new HRV system. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
