Hotel was well taken care of staff was always friendly and accommodating. Beach was amazing. No drinks menu was available so it was a guessing game asking for drinks. Food was bland and repetitive. Dessert was good.. lots of flies..

Overall my stay was okay. I stayed for 5 nights to celebrate my birthdays. Staff were pretty friendly, there were beautiful views around the resort. They made sure to decorate my room on my bday. But I had to wait three hours to check on my room even with front desk informing staff that I had arrived a bit early. Upon entering my room, I noticed that it wasn’t cleaned the best, mini bars weren’t restocked daily. There was also rust falling in my room shower floor. There was a ceiling leak right outside my room door. Mold was seen in spa showers and around the premises and some spa features weren’t active like their color therapy room. They ran out of ingredients at the bar kitchens (ex: I couldn’t get a mojito for three days when I asked because they didn’t have mint. I was disappointed that there were more Americanized food options present at the resort than actual Caribbean cuisine. Not sure if I would book this resort again but, I did try to make the best of my trip.

The beach is phenomenal. Its the only property on this beach and itsxan easy beach to walk down. This is an all inclusive, I thought the foid was average. The service could be improved a little tonake guests feel more welcome. We dont expect alot but a smile would help occasionally.

The hotel needs a lot of renovations, very disappointed with the resort overall. There’s mold all over the property. The food was probably a 2/10 at best. The most up to date thing there was the gym equipment. Nightlife on the resort is almost nonexistent, which sucks because the hotel is not of close distance to much. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel all in all.

Dinner reservations is not made though the app they request you to download. If you don’t reserve dinner by breakfast you have to settle on the buffet. They ran out of alcoholic beverages cups and dishes. Everything shuts down at 10pm

The resort was okay. Wasn’t expecting 5 star resort. The steakhouse was terrible. One night we had steaks so the next time we ordered hamburgers and they were no better. We thought it was strange as well that we had carib cans of beer in our fridge but yet we could not order it at the bars. All we could get was the draft beer and it was awful. That made no sense. They also ran out of ingredients to make drinks with. I guess that is an ongoing issue because I had read that complaint before we went. Still enjoyed our time! I can’t say that we would go back though.

The food at the resort was good, but some of the staff didn’t seem very friendly—it felt like they didn’t want to be there. In contrast, the staff at Score Sports Bar were excellent and really stood out. The resort itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views, but the rooms could use some updates. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a double bed instead of a king, so we had to sleep separately to be comfortable.

The property can use some updates and renovation with painting in some areas of the hotel hallways and small areas in the rooms but overall it was ok. They can do better with getting top shelf liquor instead of the house liquor. The property landscaping is well kept. However, they do need to fix the tiles in the pool. People can and have gotten hurt.

Nice property on a beautiful beach. Big pool with lots of space and a swim up bar. Many food options. Unfortunately, the service was very very slow for everything. The restaurants, food service, concierge service….I am not sure if it is their lifestyle but I have never been to a country where the work staff doesn’t move with urgency. Not all staff are attentive. My butler Rodwin was amazing and helpful. More than one restaurant had a wait time of over an hour for food which was disappointing. I missed some night events due to this. Other than that, food was great and the island is gorgeous.

I came around Mother’s Day and my birthday had an amazing time. The food options was great I really enjoyed the local cuisine as I am Caribbean so I felt like I was eating home cook meals. I had an amazing Expedia rep Khadija she was so kind and helpful I give her a 10/10. The room was decent as well I really enjoyed my stay at Royalton Antigua and I would definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

The check in process was pretty smooth and I forget the young ladies name, but she realized immediately that I had requested two queen beds, but they were putting us in a king size bed. She ensured that they would work on rectifying that being that I had requested that directly through the property prior too. We were told we would be notified the next day. So without complaint we went to our rooms and began our stay. Yamin the mini bar attendant exemplified exceptional customer service and went out of his way to make certain that we had everything for the first night. But shortly after the nightmare began. We were called and told that our bags and things would be moved into the new room we requested at 12:00 p.m. Since we had not heard anything by 12;30 we proceeded to the front desk only to be informed that our room would not be ready until 3:00 p.m. Mind you we had not showered or anything because the right thing would be to move us from one room to the next being that it had been paid for over a month in advance. When I complained about this Jace Ann the front desk clerk seemed less than concerned, in fact she seemed irritated that I was even voicing my displeasure and unceremoniously said " well do you want to speak to a manager to which I said I did. Now enters Mandy the manager who just reiterated the inability to accommodate paying customers by just leaving us without a room for two and a half hours. We were told to enjoy the property. Management needs to do better.
