Have you ever rented a property and when you walked in the door you went "this is going to be fun?" If not, rent this property. Location:This home is in a very quiet neighborhood that is literally close to everything. Sams, Walmart, Lowes, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Movie Theatre and Restaurants. We pulled in, unloaded and "hit the town" for dinner. Layout:There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. The garage is available for parking and enters into the kitchen. As it was raining on departure day we appreciated the ability to load the van in the garage. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and each has a TV. The living room has comfortable furniture and a TV. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked quite a few meals. The basement bedroom is a little smaller than upstairs but provides a little extra privacy and "space" from the upstairs. There is a staircase from the garage to the basement. As we had a dog with us this "back way" to the yard was great as we didn't disturb other guests at 2 AM. The carpeted basement also has a large TV, couch and 2 futon beds. There is also a Pacman game and a Foosball table. Yard:Large, fenced backyard with a doggie door off the kitchen. We did not use the grill but we noticed there was a full tank attached and a spare tank by the back gate. The neighborhood dogs sniffed through the fence but there were not "barkers." The dogs in our party enjoyed running free, chasing balls. Will rent again if in the area.
