The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, there is building work near the hotel but this is out of their control. The rooms are spacious and super clean with a beautiful design. The balcony had a lovely view however was a little small but this isn't an issue for us. The room came with both AC & a fan which is a must for 30 degree weather. All staff are extremely helpful and helped with luggage storage for our bags after checkout (with a ticketing system! Such a simple yet effective system). The pool area is beautiful and sun lounges double up as seating for late night visits to the pool area - with a bar :) The lifts are keycard activated and there's security at the front door to help keep out riff raff. We also ordered room service and my girlfriend is still going on about how good the apple juice was. The food was delightful - our first time getting room service. Unfortunately I can't speak for the restaurant as we didn't eat here but I assume it would be just as good. The restaurant also has a lovely view over the front lounge. Being in the heart of St Julians, we were worried about loud parties, etc however the sound isolation was superior and we had no issues with this our whole stay. Overall I'm happy we spent the little bit extra per night to stay here over some of the cheaper options (The reviews speak for themselves) What a fantastic experience.

Good, but for noise.

The hotel is really nice and modern, in a great central location. Room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the shower was great. The pool area looks fantastic too and is a nice spot to relax. That said, a few things did take away from the stay. The pool itself was cold, which was a shame. Noise was a big issue — loud rooftop music until 11pm on weekends, and then construction work next door kicking off at 7am with lots of banging, so sleep was pretty tough. Also, you’re not allowed to bring your room towel to the pool, and instead have to pick up a pool towel from reception and leave a €10 deposit, which just felt like a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel, but the noise and a couple of little annoyances definitely made it less relaxing than I’d hoped.

Collapsed building as your view. Surrounding area is dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from outside. Pool bar staff are lovely. That’s about the only good thing.

Hotel is quite new, facilities great, staff need to remember to not question the guests simple requests! Inflexible in swapping out a bottle of wine for 2 cans of Coke Zero and requests for ICE questioned twice.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The cleaners keep it really clean, staff are friendly and the pool is really nice. The area is not brilliant but for its proximity to nightlife while away from the main noise, you can’t go wrong. Breakfast was a bit rubbish but loads of places nearby.

If you are not in Malta to party, be aware!

The hotel is very nice but I think it is worth warning future bookers of the location of the place. It is in St Julian which is the “party” area near Valletta. So if that is what you want, you’ll love it, but if you are after a quiet hotel to enjoy Malta, not so much. It was noisy at night and had poor sleep with party goers coming back early morning screaming, laughing and shouting in the corridor and lots of noise until 6-7am from the bars outside the hotel. Had 3 nights and slept poorly each of them. We shared that comment with other guests like us, who didn’t realise it was a party area in Malta. Hotel itself is very nice and staff are lovely. So if you plan to travel for partying, it will be perfect, otherwise, find a different place.

Well appointed hotel and professional staff. The area is convenient to transport and shopping at the Mercury Center; however the proximity to the ordinary and overcrowded St Julian area is deplorable! No redeeming value of the cheap & ordinary tourism which radiates to the area. Would not go back to Malta! Its history is the crossroads of civilizations; but it’s not attracting the best class of visitors.

This hotel is a little gem, although situated in the bustling St. Julian area, the hotel is away from all the bars and clubs. Thus guaranteeing good sleeps. Being at heart of St Julian, it is very close to bustling night life area, shopping area and beaches. The staffs has been super helpful and always there to help.
