The property was fine. Problem: When I reserved this room either expedia or I got the wrong date for our stay. We arrived at Best Western on October 29th only to discover that the booking was for November 11th. I could do nothing but pay a 2nd time. I was astounded that the attendant was unable to do anything about it. So, I paid twice for one room. You will note that I took out insurance hoping to recue my loss. But the process for making a claim is not worth it. I chose to simple "eat" my losses. Disappointed -Melvin Lehman
The switch for the overhead light in our room had broken off, so we were unable to turn it off when it was time for bed. Reggie did a fantastic job of trying to help us with this problem! His overall customer service was excellent!!
Rented two rooms one for my daughter one for myself her room had ants in it. No hot water our room the outlets by the beds didnât work hot water took forever. Our window was cracked at tape over it. Carpet look dirty.
OK for an older property. Musty smell when first entering the room, but it disappeared after the AC was turned on. Everything worked, and call to the Front Desk for clean towels was handled quickly. Ice machine on the second floor had no Ice, and the third floor machine was out of order. Luckily, the first floor had ice. Room was generally clean, sheets and pillows were OK. Good value for the price.
