Family Visit to St. Louis

A quick visit to area for a family visit. This was our second stay at this facility. The room was quiet and clean, but this time the room we stayed in was dated and could have used a little updating. Overall the stay was good, and the staff was friendly.

Great staff, but issues with room.

The staff was phenomenal and the check in was easy. While the room was clean (and I’m picky), there was a prominent musty smell and it never went away. Also, I had the AC on the lowest setting (66) and the room never got as cold as it should.

There was dog poop all over the sidewalks, pet urine in the hallways, and our AC unit was leaking all over the floor so bad you could feel the floor boards beneath.

Breakfast was great! Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and gravy, Cereal and more. Although the property is a bit run down mostly from age, it is one of the cleanest I have stayed at. My daughter loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in went smoothly, staff was friendly, but upon entering the lobby it smelled heavily of moisture/mildew and minutes after entering the room found 2 fleas and black mold in the shower. Refund was requested and approved and I left.

Clean, but night service is ver very poor

The night front desk service was sleeping in the back and after three attempts at calling for linens for the pull out bed we went downstairs and called out loudly several times only to answered by loud snores. We ended up taking covers from me to cover my granddaughter. We used the flat sheets to dress the bed and were unable to get extra pillows.

Our room smelled like weed the whole weekend. It was horrible. When i checked in i was asked if i booked theough Expedia. And when i said yes i was told the room doesnt usually cost that much. And they he told me that they couldnt adjust the price because we didnt cancel and rebook ahead of time. So why did he bring it up. Then i was irritataed
