New name but holding to Drury's ways. Staff was friendly, room was clean. I didn't stop by to eat breakfast. I do miss the popcorn that Drury offered.

The hotel was nice. They were still cleaning rooms when we checked in. Our first room was stuck with the heat running. They were very quick to switch our room to one with working AC. The pool was enjoyable and a welcomed activity for our children. The breakfast had good options but by the time we went to eat they were out of a few options and they did not get restocked before we left. All in all it was a nice stay as we passed through St. Louis.

Heritage Inn is by far the worse property I have stayed in over a two week vacation and possibly the worse effer. While the suite rooms are large they are spartan with the closet in the bathroom. The towels are so thin they do not dry for another use. The pillows are balled up into less than half size a regular pillow. I requested extra pillows after arrival and didn't even get a response. No housekeeping service, had to find the housekeeping room and get towels. Had to log into the internet service every time a device was turned off and on and every time I left and returned. We will not continue to stay in Wyndham properties. This was unacceptable!
