Great experience, overall clean, well appointed, modern decor, best breakfast buffert I've had with homemade cook to order pancakes. Staff very polite and helpful. Valet cost less than elsewhere and staff very helpful and responsive. Would def recommend. We were visiting for a college tour.

Every single staff member that we spoke to was extremely nice and polite. Every part of the hotel was always clean, someone was mopping/cleaning the bathrooms in the lobby almost every time we were leaving or coming back in. The valet guys were great. They were polite, every time we left that told us to have safe travels. Anytime we came downstairs and asked for the car they were very quick to go get it. Overall, everything was great, so great that our 3 year old asked to stay forever. We will most likely be booking with Element again.

The issue I had with this hotel is they don’t accept all debit cards. They would not accept a Venmo debit Mastercard. Luckily I had another card but no where did it say they wouldn’t take one. Be ware if you use any cash app debit card, they will turn you away.
